The SU-30 is a twin-jet jet airplane, which can fly with a maximum speed of Mach 2,35 (approx. 2,500 km/h).
Which the MIG-29 not is able to do, the SU-30 can. Both jets are inserted as a group by different Air Forces of the world. The SU-30 was developed for the purpose of the "air superiority" and used as "heavy interceptor" since end of the 70's, in order to offer to the opponent tandem jets at that time, the American F-15 and F-14 a giant strike-force.
You sit during your unique flight behind your pilot, who will bring you to the borders to the maximum stress of the machine. After the preflight briefing, which accomplish with your pilot, you will sit into the cockpit. You will get all necessary instructions and explanations of the jet, and to your special suit, which will protect you against the dangers of the next hour. The g-forces, which can occur during the coming flight, lie possibly beyond the 7 G mark, this however only in exceptional cases are flown, and first of all, if you are safe (both psychologically and physically), that you want to feel these forces.
After igniting the afterburners on the runway it gives no back more: You will pressed into the seat and afterwards the pilot pulls the machine in the steep 45 degree of angles upward, to a altitude of approx. 10.000 - 15.000 meters. You have a hardly time to enjoy the breath-robbing prospect then your pilot begins with the aerobatic flight, to which loopings and parabolas belongs "only" to the smallest maneuvers. Imagine, you fly with approx. 1.500 kilometers per hour along and your pilot make a hard break, a so called "Cobra", and the machine flies partly only hold in the air of its exhaust gas, afterwards over its tail to drop downward....
Nothing for "simple minds" is the flight with a SU-30, however this flight is probably to be ranked among one of the largest adventures, which humans can have!
